The Ordering Process

Collection kits are available through select in-store partners. If ordering online or by telephone, we will send you a collection kit. The collection kit provides everything you need to safely and securely send your loved ones or beloved pets ashes to our studio. You can rest assured that your loved one's ashes will be handled with respect and care. Once your collection kit arrives at the studio, we will handcraft your Glass Memorial. Fulfillment normally takes between two and five weeks.

NOTE: Shipping costs include three shipments: a collection kit sent to you, the collection kit you send back to our studio (postage label included in the kit), and the final product shipment.
